If you arrived from an advertisement or search result, we may also store first-touch campaign details (such as UTM parameters, a Google click id, the referring page, and the landing page) together with your inquiry so we can see which listing brought you to us.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website and practice systems (including SendGrid to deliver case-evaluation emails to our office, Microsoft 365 for internal alerts, and Clio Manage), or when required by law. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. When you submit a case evaluation after arriving from a campaign link, we store that first-touch campaign information with your name and phone number so we can attribute the inquiry. That is first-party tracking of a named person, not anonymous page analytics.

Two features load content from Google. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map, and our In The Media page can load a YouTube player when you choose to play a video. These services may set cookies and collect data under Google's own privacy policy rather than ours. Video players are requested from YouTube's no-cookie domain, and no player loads until you click to play. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

Website inquiries and related follow-up records are kept for as long as needed to respond, evaluate representation, and meet legal and professional obligations, then deleted or archived according to our file-retention practices.
