Pay a retainer or deposit funds

If your attorney asked you to pay a retainer or deposit funds, use the secure payment button below and enter the amount your attorney confirmed with you.

Please include your full name and your case or matter name so we can apply the payment to the right file. There is no need to include any details about your case.

Call 505-246-8373 or send us a message. We will confirm the amount before you pay anything.

How your payment is handled

  • Payments are processed by a secured payment provider built for law firms. Card and bank details never touch this website.
  • Retainers and advance deposits are held in the firm's client trust account and applied to your matter only as fees are earned and costs are incurred.
  • You will receive an emailed receipt as soon as the payment is processed.

Submitting a payment does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. We represent you only after we complete a conflicts check and you and the firm sign a written fee agreement. If you have any questions about a payment, please call 505-246-8373 before paying.
